Earned Income—is that which an employee would earn, trading their time for a pay check, and the most highly taxed of all (30-50% norm); work 9-5 you get paid what you are told you will be paid, less deductions. If you don’t work a shift, depending if you are eligible or not, you may or may not get paid. If eligible, this would only be for a short time frame before you are no longer on the payroll, if you decide to just not show up for work. 

Portfolio Income—might be an example such as Capital gains income (20% tax bracket norm). Sell a house and by keeping the profit, that can be seen as Portfolio income ... all countries and states or provinces would have their own guidelines. 

Passive Income—may be seen as investment income; earnings from stocks, bonds, mutual funds, commodities and property/rental income as well. Also an income stream that comes in from a source on a regular, ongoing basis, whether you are in bed, on the beach, walking the dog or volunteering your time somewhere. Excessive passive income may be experienced when your income continues to grow on its own, in the form of a monthly raise for example, without any further effort on your part.  

For far too many years, with a pressing $250,000 of music investor debt of my own, that quickly doubled, as well appreciating very quickly that the masses were fast heading toward having the largest debt load in history, a solution had to be found for the benefit of ALL PEOPLE.

A large number of online and offline guru's have been monitored very closely since 1996, including, but not always, for the need to purchase their materials and test them out to see what could and could not work; let's just say if even a small percentage of them could do as boasted, yours truly would have been a billionaire by this time, lol, and sharing it with every soul in need I could find...but sadly not the case, and at a cost of nearly $50K to scams and cons.

Online business does not work period--hype is not money in your pocket!

Considering the great advancements made in computer technology, while also appreciating that the majority will always be computer illiterate (knowing basics only such as email, send/receive/save, browse the net, online banking), which is really all one needs to take advantage of this technology, Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., has come up with a solution that is literally 100% fail-proof when implemented, with perhaps 2-5% at most, of online computer capabilities required to change a life and the lives of millions around the world.

This is a bold statement and claim, I agree, however, first, the solution needed, had to fit the values and principles of its founder, "what good is a man if he is not a man of his word," and when said miracle must be for the benefit of ALL PEOPLE, not some or a select few, then nothing less would be acceptable.

Second, this miracle had to fit with the KISS PRINCIPLE, like a glove, and it does, by using the absoluteness of mathematics (numbers don't lie) and the power of empathy in action (if we need a miracle others must need one also).

And lastly, the miraculous solution found, would have to be so certain, that its founder would be able to offer a substantial reward ($10K), approved by his legal counsel (Mills & Mills), to anyone, who could prove to the world that Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., Membership was anything but as claimed.

This post, 'you have a gift, you have a purpose, as did and does, Leslie Grace Martínez,' could be noted as an in your face wake up call to anyone sick and tired of being sick and tired, with where they are in life; where am I going, how will I get there, or worse still, unable to handle the constant and ever increasing regrets, such as, "If only I had done this or that, I wish I could do this, I wish I could do that, I wish, I wish, I wish," ... and on goes the mind in battle. 

Am I striking a nerve? lol This is real stuff, let me expand a bit.

First, just to get this off my chest, as a politically incorrect, 23 year music veteran, why can't the marketing geniuses leave well enough alone. This Latino 'marv' would have bulleted to #1 using her last name, Martínez, just as well as 'Grace,' or even 'Leslie' on its own; to hell with always having to north-americanize everything we do, especially canned singers, all coming out sounding like the last one, like a bunch of Austin Power's 'Mini-Me' singing machines ... BORING! Why not just good old fashioned individuality like Miss Martínez delivers...the difference of an apple to an orange. Listen to her sing (Listen Here), it doesn't get any better, especially with the Latino edge.

Secondly, how would all this have played out had this singing wonder not been born in the United States? Would she still be where she is now? Not likely! 

Same incredibly distinct voice, same eye-popping beauty, full of dreams and talent coming out the wazoo, but without the money to get us where we need to be, meeting the right people, who can make things happen, we are nothing more than what the infamous band, Kansas, pinned as "Dust in the wind." 

I think you're getting my drift. Everyone has a gift to share and a purpose to fulfill, and unless they have access to the funds to make it happen, which the masses do not, they must rely on other means, which again, always takes money. 

The kicker is, our J.O.B, just over broke system, that leaves people frustrated, discouraged, angry and more importantly, without hope, broke and stockpiling debt, is simply no longer able to fulfill its well intended purpose; even Solomon teaches us in Ecclesiastes, that money is everything.

Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., Coming to You - September 2013 - A miracle without the disappointment - where hope will take on new meaning.

  

  

Everyday people, everyday problems, blue collar, white collar, no collar issues, is merely identifying, that no matter who we are, we are all in the same boat, same J.O.B (just over broke) system, living behind the eight (8) ball, as the cost of living continues to accelerate, while the financial rewards in return for hours worked at said J.O.B's, are all but halted to a standstill.

Before exiting and running in the opposite direction, for your sanity, and many whom you love and/or respect, this post must not be seen as whining or complaining, but rather, more of a poke if you will, to wake us all from our hectic stupors of life, back to reality, to receive a little long lost logic and common sense that undeniably confirms and substantiates, "WHAT WE ARE DOING IS NO LONGER WORKING!"

We might want to ask ourselves, "has our J.O.B system ever really worked in our favor?" When given some serious thought, prior to jumping the gun, unless we have been sitting at the top of the castle, from day one, as the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), orchestrating the puppets on the strings (the masses), as to who wins and who loses, it really hasn't ever been in our best interest.

The Media, government agencies, as well as the Police, have long done a better job than they might think, on keeping people aware of what a pyramid scheme might look like, as seen immediately below, and how we need to avoid such a thing at all costs; I give a first rate kudos to them! Bravo!

Crazy thing is, when we look closely at the photo to the left, and then at the photo directly below it, we begin to see, in actual fact, what we've been told for years to avoid is the very structure of our J.O.B (just over broke) system, that is killing us...keeping the masses (you and I included) broke.

If you're reading this, you're part of the masses, otherwise, you'd be off on your Yacht or traveling the world by one of the many rich and famous means...or perhaps, by way of private chauffeur to boot, but most definitely anywhere but here. :)

You be the judge! You tell me! Does the pyramid photo immediately above, which is exactly as the pyramid we are to avoid, not depict our current J.O.B system?

Money rises, just like cream and heat, however, considering this is about money, in the above two photos, the masses, the unhappy employees, do not rise alongside the money, thus, the reason why said masses cannot keep up, and are left behind, working 25, 35, or sometimes 45 years, only then to retire and drop dead within weeks, or if lucky (or however you see it), they get to live on 60%, of what 100%, while working, was barely able to maintain true hope and dignity. 

And yet, somehow, the system orchestrators' (CEO's, Tycoon's & financial institutions, etc.) continued to thrive through it all, as our renowned rich and famous, eating prime rib, thanks to the loyal and faithful employees (grunts) in the basement, who are left with what's affordable.

And low and behold, to our immediate left, we have an unselfish depiction of a system that fuels itself, where there are no orchestrators' (king pins filling their pockets), and no one is left behind, having to worry about the inevitable constant rise in the cost of living; one might say we have a much more favorable, level playing field.

And dare I mention that this is the very miracle that Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., is about to release in less than 30 days (September 2013); a book and membership ideal with the power to fund the inexcusable lack of simple basics such as potable water and feeding the hungry around the globe.

This also means it is capable of eradicating three more plagues that haunt our human race; 

• DEBT (the worst ever in the history of mankind); 

• CHARITABLE FUNDRAISING CHALLENGES (no more need to compete with the shallow/empty pockets of the general public); 

• PAYCHECK to PAYCHECK LIFESTYLES (especially North Americans, who are almost hypnotically directed to purchase more stuff we don't need, don't want and can't afford)...crafty marketing techniques, right!

When something sounds good, looks good and also feels good, that just so happens to have a people-first, accountable, and unselfish leader at its helm, with the power to change the world, but only at the hands of each individual, taking his or her part, it is reasonable to assume that this is indeed a good thing.

Hefty Reward - Worthy Cause

When was the last time a lie, a gimmick or a scam was boasting $10,000 dollars paid, for the world to find them out?

So what does this say about Unselfish MOTIVES Membership or the book, ‘Kevin Simpson’s Unselfish MOTIVES, soon to hit the marketplace?’

Perhaps that author and founder, having no political standing, influence or anything to gain by lying, is in actual fact telling the truth, in which case, those who live paycheck to paycheck, on credit, stockpiling debt, month after month, might be considered wise to give this unusual and bold wager the benefit of the doubt...considering alone, that author's legal counsel commented; "only a fool would put a price on their own head if they were guilty of anything!"

Now because you are human, and probably have had more than your share of being conned and scammed and schemed and lied to, and/or even heard about this so much, you are no doubt skeptical about anything being claimed as unselfish, and rightfully so, and more than likely, are already assuming this to be just one more big waste of time; some damn pyramid thing anyhow, right!

Truth is, the 'TRUE' and legal pyramid, immediately below, the J.O.B., just over broke system that owns you, was designed for the benefit of the system, not you, not for the people, to keep you, the employee, in debt, broke and behind the eight ball, refinanced, remortgaged and cash-advanced to the max if possible, on purpose—and I bet they’ve succeeded...just a wild guess from personal experience.

Have you taken a long hard look at the above diagram?

As you can see, this is definitely not in favor of the employee, by any stretch of the imagination. And this is the very pyramid that the Media has done a magnificent job, over the years, at keeping us informed as to what we should be avoiding. We can all see for ourselves, in the above diagram alone, how unfair our JOB system truly is, undeniably.

But now, on the flip side of the coin, when the roles are reversed ( see below ) and the world can begin to grasp a system that was made for the benefit of you and all people, without favoritism or bias, where everyone starts and finishes equally, void of one big fat-cat at the top, raking in all the money, how does that make you feel?

Like cream, money also rises to the top. So if said money is going to rise to the top, anyhow, why not into the hands of the real needy; the hungry, the thirsty, and evenly distributed amongst everyone, and not just the select few? Am I really the crazy one for thinking like this!

I don't need to ramble on! This is in plain black and white for all to see, and to bring out into the open, the true pyramid culprit; whether it's our military, government, McDonald's, a shoe store, Microsoft, Dupont, or you name it, all businesses that have employees are structured under #1 JOB system pyramid, and thus the reason there is only so much money to go around and why the cost of living exceeds all we do and can do; other than taking on a second or third JOB.

All the answers are not mine to give, however, after 16 years of study and research, I can say this: "Unselfish MOTIVES is and can do as claimed, and is 100% failproof, fair to ALL PEOPLE, not a select few, and can come alongside any family, to remove the financial weight from their shoulders in the case where the JOB system is seriously failing them."

Lastly, something for the benefit of all people, organizations, business and governments, worldwide, is something worth serious consideration, and Unselfish MOTIVES offers such a thing.

Intentionally Simple - Unsefish MOTIVES Membership - a Phenomenon Full of Hope

Intentionally simple, Unselfish MOTIVES Membership, a phenomenon about to resurrect lost hope around the world, can and will be no less than that; hope fulfilled in the truest sense of the word, for the benefit of the masses.

Consider North America, where the majority, white collar included, live on credit, paycheck to paycheck (above means or not), stockpiling debt, for which in today's day and age, there is no excuse, other than being bamboozled, alongside millions of others, almost hypnotically, into believing, that we have no other choice...WHICH IS JUST NOT THE CASE. And dare I speak up for far too many around our world who are starving to death, by the hundreds of thousands, daily; and if you can imagine, millions without access to clean potable drinking water, today, in the 21st century!

And simple, meaning, as in reference to the UMM website, that was intentionally designed in as simple a fashion possible in order to speak for itself, to each and every visitor, by referral or whatever means.

For example, the numbers 1-4, found on the home page of our website, tells the whole story, the who, what, where, why, and how, while the 'when,' relating to the Unselfish MOTIVES Membership (UMM) launch date, is scheduled for launch this Summer, 2013.

Speaking of UMM website, you can visit and browse the site here, however, no one can JOIN or LOGIN at this time because the back end (back office) of our membership company is not yet completed.

It is crucial to add that UMM will be promoted as a 98% offline, face to face opportunity, not online. Approximately 2% of our time only will be needed in order to take advantage of, A/ Accessing our personal emails, and B/ Setting up a free personal online payment/receiving processing account with Paxum, UMM's exclusive and personally selected company by choice, for good reason.

As founder, and in direct relation to whether online or offline, why would I spend 16 years in research to present to the people, one more online opportunity alongside thousands of others that don't work anyhow, let alone subject them to a 98% failure rate, which is exactly where the online business success rate stands? So no, online is out, offline face to face is in, encouraged, and needed more than ever.

We must get back to face to face interactions, for business and/or pleasure, with unwavering integrity and people-first-leadership, to win back the trust, that continues to plummet further and further away from us, day in and day out. Yes You Can Win and Yes You Are Worth It

"Yes you can win" and "yes you are worth it," is something far too many are not hearing enough of these days, in my opinion of course.

Have you ever asked yourself, "There must be a better way?" Every pondered "maybe I wasn't meant to win," or in one of your lowest moments declared "I'm just not worth it," because maybe you've been told or personally experienced this more times than you'd care to mention!

We become what we think of most, and if we're told something often enough, especially if it isn't on a positive note, we can begin believing and living these lies. So I'm here to reinforce the positive; yes you can win and yes you are worth it, no matter how big your dreams are or how many times things have failed you in the past. Winners never quit and quitters never win.

Reading a few stories about Abraham Lincoln, or Henry Ford, or Thomas Edison or perhaps the story of D. L. Moody, founder of the Moody Bible Institute, who had only a grade five education and never officially ordained, will most definitely provide us with a new perspective. What about one of the richest men of the 21st century, Bill Gates; dropped out of school to do what he felt he was called to do, and has not only changed the world, but the information age in which we live today, all as a result of his dreams and the personal computer.

So now that I have you all charged up to win and believing that you are worth it, which you are, is it not appropriate for me to steer you down a path where you can win sooner than later and begin capitalizing on what’s truly available to all? Absolutely!

Speaking of a better way, there is no denying that the cost of living is far exceeding the incomes that today's system of trading time for a paycheck can provide us, therefore, you’re encouraged to think outside the box, forgetting the past, looking ahead only, and allowing yourself the experience of hearing or seeing for yourself, what " ZEAL " is all about.

Even if you've been in business before, I encourage you to become like an innocent child again as you begin moving in the direction I'm suggesting for you to follow. Why? Because little children do not carry the baggage of failure behind them, therefore, they are seeing things like new and not as old memories or struggles and challenges.
