Had a thought! 

Every minute spent in preparation, is a minute wisely spent, according to a very unselfish and wise man...lol...lol...OK, maybe not the wisest, but definitely unselfish...me! :) :) :)

My thought is, if you have been following this blog and are remotely keen on what Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., Membership can do for you and your family, I invite you to do the following, to assure yourself, and to be prepared for when we go live.

PS...Our blog will soon be moved to another provider. If you notice, the Blogger logo that used to be in the bottom right corner of the video after being published, is now being replaced when published, to read 'YouTube,' which is a control thing for Google. When they do this stuff, publishers like myself, lose control of their material when posted to Youtube, which is very wrong and I don't agree with it. Therefore, I will move to a provider who doesn't dictate to me what I do with my material or when I will advertise on their behalf, in this case being Youtube.

Will You Defy Truth, Cling to Pride, Stay as You Are, or Change?

Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., COUNTDOWN TO GO LIVE - A miracle without the disappointment - and where hope will take on new meaning. 

Let's just say, that the masses are desperate for a break from the day-to-day monotony, to the point of playing the odds, at least in North America, by the billions. And let's say that yours truly, doesn't believe this to be 100% greed, but rather, a clear indication of the life and times we are living—people are tired of hotdogs when Prime Rib is available—or playing second fiddle in a world where equality for all should take precedence—tired of working and nothing but debt to show for it—or scrounging day to day just to survive.

There are a number of questions to be asked of ourselves. And more so, to establish just how ignorant 'we' can be, by defying the reality around us, concerning our own home, or that of those on all corners of the earth. 

Will you defy truth, cling to pride, stay as you are, or change?

Will you sit in your comfortable chair, on your dairyer, because you can, or shouldn't, and pretend that everything around us is OK?

Let's be honest with ourselves!

... When was the last time you had zero debt?

... When was the last time you never had to worry about a credit card payment as a result of zero balance?

... When was the last time you did the kids back-to-school, or holiday shopping, without having to charge it?

... Why must the women of Kenya walk 4 kilometres daily to find potable water, considering, this is the 21st century?

... Why is it that millions rise daily around the world in constant wonder if food and water will be part of their diet for the day, or have need to fear as to how that day or the next will end?

... Why is it that anyone, anywhere, at anytime, would have to rummage through a garbage can, or site, to find food to eat, or instruments to play (Landfill Orchestra)? 

... When was the last time you wanted to visit family on the other side of the country, or world, and couldn't afford  to go, or as often as you'd like?

... When was the last time you had a vacation; and/or didn’t have to charge it?

... When was the last time you went out for dinner, not fast food, and never had to charge it?

... When was the last time you could afford to save $400-$500 a month for your retirement?

... When was the last time you had access to extra money to give a needy friend, or favourite charity, without concern of getting it back? 

... When was the last time you had a simple but urgent car, or house repair, and didn't have the money to fix it? 

... When was the last time you proclaimed gruffly, “There must be a better way!”, “I hate Monday’s!” or “Why me!” in reference to your current J.O.B?

This is real life stuff happening on all 7 continents across the globe, all at different degrees of urgency according to economical circumstances! But why?

Let's face it, we all need a good swift kick in the behind once in a while to awaken us from the stooper of life; especially our own! 

So why do I continue to worry about anyone else but myself? Because we need different! Because I choose to be different and extremely unselfish! Because I see others, everywhere, as better than myself! Because the masses do not know how to speak up for themselves! I don't know!

In closing, from a different angle, I just read a short story from Short Story America, entitled, 'Fallout Shelter,' by Laura S. Jones, and to justify the kind of person I am, who will always say it as it is, I'm for 'Bill' in this story. He refused to participate in political correctness, to celebrate the life of a man, who had just passed, whom Bill knew, this to-be, celebrated man, had lived his life as a racist; Bill lost his job as a result of taking that position...that's me! 

A Spade must always be called a Spade. It's not a Club or a Heart, or otherwise, it is a Spade and that cannot be changed.

Commandments are commandments, not suggestions! Yes is yes, and no is no, and neither one, is maybe. 1 + 1 = 2; it is not 3 or anything but, 2, no matter how we choose to see it.

Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., is the 'Bill'' who speaks up for the benefit of ALL PEOPLE; it is the commandment, the yes, the no, or the '2'...exactly as it should be, shouting from the rooftops, that all may benefit, even though, those receiving said benefits, are unable to speak up for themselves.

And Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., is what we all need, whether we realize we need it or not.

People's Needs Must Take Precedence Over Business

  

I must confess, many times in my life, I have found myself being swayed, and/or being misguided, down the wrong path of life, and before I know it, I'm consumed with an incorrect mindset, which would lead to a selfish end result, all thanks to the wrong questions being asked, or principles being applied, along the way.

Regarding Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., I know the right questions and principles are being implemented, and yet, my frustrations have too often gotten the best of me. 

After all, we should have been up and running as of September 1st, at the latest, right! And how many times since then, has the launch of this great membership been delayed? Does the God in whom I believe, not know how unselfish this vision is? Does He not know how important this can be, and will be, for the masses? Have I too been forsaken?

In the midst of my selfish rant, the news media broadcasts, that thousands of Philippine people, have just died, or lost near everything they have lived and worked for all their lives, in a flash. And then I sensed a personal broadcast message that said: "Kevin, people's needs must take precedence over business."

I must practice what I preach; people must come first, always! And really, had our membership been up and running, there isn't much more I could do to help, personally, other than having access perhaps, to a much larger sum of funds to place into the hands of the experts, like Salvation Army for example, to do what they do best; console, reassure, restore hope, provide comfort, food, water, shelter, and blankets, etcetera.

So my friends, as you can see from the above few paragraphs, even unselfish motives can become selfish, if we are not careful. 

In closing, I will confess, and you need not believe as I do, but we will all win (only) because of His (God's) timing, not mine, yours, or my programmers, when it comes to the chosen release date of Unselfish MOTIVES Membership. 

As we are patiently awaiting this great moment, to go live, let us reflect and be certain that our personal priorities and motives are deeply rooted in unselfish means, and, that the needs of others are first and foremost met with genuine, caring hearts.

PS...Even after being assured by my programmer at 1300h today, that we are only 2-3 days away from testing the site, I also felt it essential to reassure him, following his many apologies for said delays, "Jim, it will be in His perfect timing that we go live, not yours or mine."

I commented respectfully on this Youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVDBOx9-rqE) with the following: [Retirement...saving for children's educations...protecting our funds...really! When North Americans are currently sitting in the worst household/family debt load in the history of mankind, currently living paycheck to paycheck, on credit, stockpiling lifetime debt, at the mercy of THE BANKS, while considering they and they alone, were guilty of our 2008 financial markets crash, without one penalty, with pats on the back and bonuses handed to each and every one of the guilty parties, after their bankruptcies were confirmed, in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 and some receiving $30,000,000, each, and then, all to be hired as advisers, by the President of the United States; ya, this is all great sound advice alright! We need to get our heads out of the sand!] 

*** And then later, I added the following, which is even more crucial, for as many individuals as possible to read, that includes a CTV News link. 

It's really no fun commenting on a post or comment made of your own (me in this case), however, I am only doing so for two reasons; attempting to convince the masses (the little guy) of their need to begin reading the writing on the wall, and secondly, for the king-pins responsible for legally stealing people's money, by way of their chintzy investments, on all platforms, especially, those deals suggesting, that anything less than $10K-$100K investments to start, is going to make it worth while for anyone. Are you kidding me! BE HONEST AND UNSELFISH FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE! Stop offering zip, and promoting billions in profits out the other side of your mouths. In my up and coming book, 'Kevin Simpson's Unselfish MOTIVES,' simple apple-to-apple comparisons are addressed. 

For example, one excerpt from my book says: [An October 24, 2012 posting found randomly online, regarding a High Interest Savings Account at TD Canada Trust, is returning a bolstering 1.10% on $10,000-$24,999.99; and if you can believe it, 0% on $4,999.99.] 

CTV News, which is still only able to address what the banks will allow them to share (we must be transparent, right), said this: "Combined, Canada's five largest banks recorded a $7.8 billion profit in the third quarter of 2012 alone, soaring past expectations and recording a 45 per cent increase from a year earlier. So to the real people out there (the people UM Inc is attempting to reach - monitor unselfishblog.com), who are living, as already noted in my original post above, on credit, pay check to pay check, stockpiling life time debt, you really need to get your head out of the sand; dump the pride, this is not arrogance screaming at you, and begin taking some notes, because your future and that of your family, depends on it, more than ever in the history of mankind. YOU ARE WORTH MORE and as hard as it will be for you to grasp, yours truly, truly does have your best interest at heart, and to prove it, I am on the very same level playing field as any member will be with Unselfish MOTIVES Inc., Membership when launched.

PS...It is one thing to be fool enough, for me to not only offer a $10,000 reward, for anyone to prove me wrong, but quite another when I am preparing to give away a percentage of my company, for life, to 12 of the first 500 members.

PPS...It must never be about the money...it must always, at any time, be about the people.
